I received the above letter in my spam and I wrote my response to this unlikely financier because it seems to me a more serious proposal than the proposals of easy enrichment that circulate on the Italian web, where with only 250 euros easy gains are promised, with the participation of politicians of the Italian government of Giorgia Meloni, of the Minister of the Treasury and even of the President of the Italian Republic.
Until proven otherwise, Italy is a republic founded on work. Probably all the world’s republics are. Unfortunately, recently speculation on the world stock exchanges is also being institutionalized, where work is not rewarded, but those who have more information, provided by a false artificial intelligence, which rewards only a part of the world’s population, since everyone is registered. Luck is no longer blind, as they used to say. As an inventor of environmental and energy solutions never tested on planet Earth, I could prove it, but now I am towards the end of my life. Below I report my answer to these probable or unlikely financiers:
Dear Sirs, your proposal is interesting, but I am not an entrepreneur and I am an elderly person. I am not interested in increasing my capital but in social justice, otherwise, as an inventor I would have studied commercial solutions. In fact my capital is zero. But my ideas for global growth, I believe they are revolutionary. This does not exclude that honest profits cannot be made, such as those you proposed to me of 2.5% per year. Unfortunately, today’s society is institutionalizing virtual currencies, not based on the scientific organization of work and the global growth of the real economy is becoming a mirage. If you are interested in exploiting my experience it is necessary to set up a joint stock company with your capital. Establish an operational headquarters, hire staff and create demonstrative prototypes of the interactive functioning of global anthropic plants. I am not an amateur having over fifty years of industrial and environmental experience and as a private inventor, not tied to any government or multinational. Unfortunately, all terrestrial anthropogenic plants, even if they use good technologies, are designed with specific skills and do not exploit the interactive principles that would increase yields and eliminate pollution. Unfortunately, investments must be gradual. First we will have to demonstrate the functioning of my inventions and then other investors will arrive. The financing bank or the group of entrepreneurs do not risk anything since they are the legitimate owners of the company that will be called SPAWHE SPA. I will be the CEO for as long as I am alive. In the meantime, as the functionality of my inventions is demonstrated, SPAWHE SPA will have to proceed with legal action against the current international patent legislation, which by not recognizing the ownership of patents to inventors like myself who have not been able to pay the annual patent maintenance fees have only favored commercial inventions, which have produced global warming. The current legislation is clearly wrong, as the SPAWHE system is composed of forty interconnected inventions that would have avoided global warming and the unequal distribution of world wealth. It should be obvious that forty interconnected inventions could not be invented all at once, but gradually, according to an organizational logic of global work that still does not exist on planet Earth. Therefore, the intellectual property of the SPAWHE system is a legal right to be claimed in favor of the undersigned and his heirs. This intellectual property represents the capital share of the inventor who has no other capital.
The SPAWHE system connects directly to the concept of electrical and electromagnetic energy in the universe that does not go into the details of atoms and electrons. Nature has already solved these problems by creating the magnetic poles of stars, planets, universal electromagnetism, gravity, photosynthesis, the carbon cycle that work by themselves without human intervention. Therefore, men should not have invented new energy systems but only the solutions to extract electricity and electromagnetism at Earth’s temperature to develop driving forces and linear thrusts. In the rare cases it is necessary to reach higher temperatures (to produce steel and cast iron) coal can be used in closed cycles with modified chimneys, artificial rain and limestone greenhouses that would have produced carbonates in the water. In all other cases, coldly extracting energy from the Earth’s environment, in addition to solving environmental problems, stopping global warming that has worsened in recent years, also solves economic problems because no energy can cost less than energy coldly extracted locally from water and atmospheric air that does not require special materials or even the transport of energy on underground or underwater pylons and cables. It is no coincidence that among the inventions of the undersigned, there is also the artificial heart that oxygenates human blood by means of two mini compressed hydroelectric plants, which by replacing the current right and left ventricles, would defeat many diseases, and being energetically autonomous, like two separate plants, would extend human life beyond any possible expectation. This is much more than what the artificial intelligence so much advertised by the world’s billionaires, has ever thought of doing.
If it is true that intellectual property is worth much less than industrial property, which is worth twenty years, intellectual property, which is worth less, is recognized for seventy years after the death of the inventor.
If we think that with my invention of the submerged hydroelectric I was able to invent the artificial Welling that could multiply the world’s food production by extracting fish from the oceans without building factories and without working the land and that using the floating islands equally patented by me (which can also be used for tourism purposes and to give work to migrants) it is clear that current governments and multinationals have shown that they do not know how to design anthropic plants. Do not all these inventions not funded by governments and multinationals deserve the intellectual property that is also granted to those who write a simple song or a musical score or a fantasy novel? Is my vertical desalination system with ion exchange resins built directly in the sea to feed the inhabitants of artificial islands not worth the intellectual property? Besides, artificial islands would be the safest place in the world, not being able to be involved in earthquakes and tsunamis. And what about compressed hydroelectric energy that without the hydraulic jump that can also be achieved in a mobile version by assembling in series or in parallel several plants that could coldly add to the earth’s temperature without fuels or nuclear, wind, solar energy the Newtonian and Lorentz thrust that on earth has never been added because only by developing electrical energy coldly, these two thrusts can be added. It is clear that current science has made unforgivable mistakes and today hides its head in the sand penalizing the entire world development even in the space aeronautical sector. In fact, we could already build spaceships capable of traveling in the atmosphere and in space without fuels and nuclear energy and none of the current renewable energies that are obsolete and unsustainable from birth, also requiring special materials that are in danger of extinction. The entire world ruling class, public and private, is climbing the mirrors of computer inventions, to hide the failure of global energy and environmental inventions. Computer science has not failed only because the natural electrical and electromagnetic network has always existed before man was born. Otherwise the Earth would not have a north and south pole, it would not rotate around the sun and on itself and it would not reverse its magnetic poles, fortunately very rarely.
Just think that the last inversion of the poles occurred about seven hundred thousand years ago and lasted about twenty thousand years. In previous eras these two phenomena were more frequent and faster. Practically, the ancestors of men lived in real powder kegs. Life was much shorter for obvious environmental reasons. We were lucky to live in a geologically calm historical period. But men did not appreciate this fortune and did not understand that the primary energy source of terrestrial energy was already present in the gravitational force and natural electromagnetism that comes from the ferromagnetic nuclei of stars and planets. Far away from the surface of the Earth and planets with the same characteristics. The attempt to produce nuclear energy on the surface of the Earth with nuclear fission or fusion is pathetic, which in any case involves hundreds of millions of degrees centigrade and very high risks of radioactivity. The accidents that have already occurred on planet Earth have not discouraged nuclear scientists. They have not discouraged scientists who have used thermal energy that they have not been able to purify with the complete and interactive cycles that the undersigned has proposed, which have allowed the identification of the correct way to extract energy from the terrestrial environment, which can be done everywhere. Even at the poles and in the deserts, recycling water and air in the presence of the gravitational force and the terrestrial electromagnetism developed cold with the fluid dynamic energy of Pascal, Henry, Torricelli, Venturi, Bernoulli, and the electromagnetism of Maxwell and Lorentz with induced currents that cannot tolerate high temperatures.
We just had to develop the submerged and compressed hydroelectric system without the hydraulic jump at least a hundred years earlier. Not even I had understood it. Instead it did not. And he also pretended not to understand the solution. Therefore, we have to keep global warming because a common pensioner is not allowed to produce global inventions and has no right to intellectual property but only to industrial property that governments and multinationals have not financed. Therefore, the current development model wanted by governments and multinationals is completely wrong.
