Open Letter to the new Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on the subject of environment and energy.

Dear President Meloni, to you who are preparing to participate at the highest levels at the G8, G20 and C0P (Conference of the Parties) summits, I would like to point out the modest considerations of the undersigned, who has experienced industrial environmental and energy problems at the forefront, as a designer, installer, inventor of anthropogenic systems in the last fifty-three years. Unfortunately, my interactive environmental and energy inventions, which have occupied the last sixteen years of my life, have not been understood by world science, politicians and entrepreneurs. For myself, the planet Earth is not yet ready to be administered by politicians and economists. First he has to solve huge scientific problems that cannot be solved with the current science that has always worked in watertight compartments, with mono-disciplinary experiments and applications, completely neglecting the multidisciplinary, interactive, self-purifying and self-energetic principles that Earth nature applies for four, five billion years, transforming the earth’s primordial environment into the present one without the help of any technology. Certainly, four, five billion years is a very long time because nature takes a long time to purify the environment. But the terrestrial industrial age, of only 150 years, was so quick to ruin the environment that politicians and economists cannot manage it. Nor can they trust the real responsible for environmental degradation, which are not the individual branches of science, but those who prevent, in one way or another, that science is applied globally, without changing natural physical, chemical, biological processes. Science and technology should only locally increase the speed of natural processes, without altering them. It is not easy to grasp this concept on the part of world governments that continue to consult individual academic experts from the various branches of science in the face of alluvial, cyclonic calamities, great fires. The situation is much more complex and concerns the entire world labor organization, which must not open chemical cycles that cannot close perfectly and if it is necessary to open them, it is also necessary to create the infrastructures and anthropogenic plants capable of closing these cycles. This is a fairly simple problem to solve in fixed anthropogenic plants, however science has not solved it. It becomes very complex in mobile anthropic systems, which concern, above all, means of transport, terrestrial, marine, submarine, air and space. Obviously, in the whole world, no one has any idea how to solve the problems of pollution produced by mobile plants. In the meantime, in this short industrial period, following a logarithmic curve much more accelerated over time, the waters of the oceans have acidified by more than 30% and the melting of glaciers in the last 30 years has seen the annual loss increase by 800 billion tons. to 1,300 billion tons. This means that the energy and purification systems designed by men are not suitable for the Earth environment. For these reasons, in my opinion, at least, the United Nations should have been, above all, a political and scientific body at the same time, in order to develop at least impartial multi-disciplinary demonstrative prototypes to be made available to all terrestrial countries. In fact, all the countries of the planet Earth need concrete examples of energy and technological purification applications, valid both from an industrial, environmental and economic point of view. Unfortunately, the United Nations Organization is only a political and bureaucratic body that has never set itself the task of coordinating even the science that has continued to be developed in a mono-disciplinary way, at the service of those who pay it best. Even today, public scientific bodies sell their patents to multinationals in individual industrial sectors. It is quite obvious that multinationals only buy patents in line with their industrial production line which has produced an unequal distribution of world wealth and global warming. In this serious global context, the undersigned, as a simple employee designer and installer of systems, first in large industry (Alfa Romeo) and then in a small company specialized in environmental, purification and energy subcontracts, for a total of thirty-seven years realized the difficulties that public and private scientists and researchers, specialized in individual sectors, find in understanding the problems globally, but also in escaping the laws of the labor market and the wishes of employers. For these reasons, since 2006, it has autonomously started the study of environmental protection and sustainable energy based on interactive synergistic principles, which, starting from the gravitational force, exploit, above all, those of Pascal, Henry, Dalton, l ‘impenetrability of bodies, inorganic chemistry, biochemistry, photo synthesis and the universal carbon cycle. brevetti nazionali e internazionali, ho potuto sviluppare soltanto impianti virtuali. It goes without saying that no government and no multinational has ever financed these solutions. What is worse: no one has ever provided an explanation, starting with the Italian public scientists of ENEA, CNR, various universities. In these letters I criticized, above all, the ecological transition that even would like to use the new nuclear, while the very Italian inventions of the undersigned, based on interactive principles, were not even taken into consideration I hope that your right-wing government, which always recites the phrase “Italians first”, will use this slogan even in terms of good Italian inventions, before putting their hands in the pockets of Italians to pay the energy bills resulting from the inventions copied by the abroad, which have produced pollution and global warming and today also produce the speculations of energy producers and traders. Unfortunately, the whole world is country. It is ridiculous that Earth citizens have to pay expensive electricity bills, when this energy could be extracted everywhere in fixed and mobile plants. At the most we should pay the cost of the technological components for the construction of the systems in a workmanlike manner, so that they do not produce pollution in the surrounding environment. The instructions for building and assembling fixed and mobile systems should be provided free of charge to the entire world population, above all, through multidisciplinary scientific school education. Not the current one which, divided into mono-disciplinary scientific faculties, has produced mono-disciplinary industries and anthropic plants, which today no one wants to change for reasons of specific interests, which are destroying the planet.

My sixteen years of retirement during which I transformed myself from designer and installer of industrial and environmental anthropogenic plants into an inventor, were characterized by a long war with the Italian and European patent offices that defined my inventions as “perpetual motion”, therefore contrary to the principles of energy conservation. The thing is very strange since the world’s major astrophics (including the late Stephen Watkins), assert that the total energy of the universe is equal to zero. I agree with this thesis, but what these scientists do not say is the fact that this energy is not equally distributed in the universe. In some and rare cases, due to fortunate astrophysical circumstances (optimal distances between stars and energy sources such as the sun and satellites), in small or large planets, after several billion years, thanks to particular electromagnetic conditions and gravitational forces, it is created biological life, with water, atmospheric air, forests, glaciers, and above all, animals, including intelligent beings such as humans. It should be obvious that in these privileged planets, there is an excess of accumulated energy, compared to the universal vacuum. If the scientists and inventors of these planets had known how to do their job well, they would have understood how it is possible to extract energy from the environment in a painless way for the environment itself. I think this is the time to speak out on planet Earth at least, before the wrong inventions destroy the planet itself. I’m not just talking about my inventions. I could not have done anything without the work of many great scientists, including, mainly, Newton, Einstein, Tesla, Lorentz, Pascal, Henry, but also the Italians, Torricelli and Venturi and the unknown Erone Alessandrino, who even in 1592 invented the first centrifugal pump with axial suction and radial delivery. Over the centuries, these pumps have improved a lot technologically, yet no one has ever noticed that if we don’t use them to lift water they can be used to extract electricity from the environment. It is sufficient to make them pump in the direction of the gravitational force, obviously placing them in series with the turbines.

My compressed hydroelectromagnetic energy with water recycling that uses the compressed air used statically as an energy source, comes from an in-depth study of submerged hydroelectric plants, in which an inverted submersible pump, which pumps downwards, and a turbine. Both are inserted in a water drop pipe that starts from the top of the water containment basin. This system behaves like an under head system with endless recycling of water in a system that can be defined as an “open vessel”. In these simple systems, the hydrostatic head, measured in meters of water column, is chosen after having carefully calculated the head losses in the turbine and in the pipes, to place the pump and the turbine at the depth required for the amount of energy to be to produce. The positive head on the pump to be kept constant over time represents the natural energy engine. The pump only has the task of overcoming the state of inertia of the water inside the descent pipe that feeds both the pump and the turbine. Assuming that the overall efficiency of the turbine and coupled current generator is 0.8. The useful power that can be delivered by a turbine that fully exploits the payload Hu, assumed to be 50 m, with a ducted pump having a flow rate of 1 m³ / s, will be Pu = η * 1000 * Q * Hu / 102 = 0.8 * 1000 * 1 * 50/102 = 392 KW; while to rotate the pump in the conditions of equilibrium between the positive head and the turbine, a head of a few cm of water column is enough. Assuming you are working with an electric pump that has the same flow rate, head 0.2 and efficiency 0.7, the absorbed power is 2.8 KW (1000 * 0.2 / 102 * 0.7). The ratio between energy produced and expenditure is 392 / 2.8 = 140. In reality, we do not have a plant that absorbs 2.8 kWh and one that produces 392. We have only one plant that produces 392 kWh, which consumes only 2.8 kWh, to trigger and keep the entire energy process triggered. When we interrupt the pump power supply, the whole system stops and we have zero energy production. In essence we could say that by putting together a downwardly oriented pump and turbine in series in a tube within a basin or other larger sized tube that acts as a basin, we can extract electrical energy infinitely from the environment without fuel. It is as if we had primed a siphon by extracting the air from a tube immersed in a tank that allows the tank to be emptied without any energy consumptionThe example of the very simple siphon triggered by a simple depression should have made science understand that it has many other scientific principles, already identified: pressostatic, fluid dynamic, electromagnetic, which triggered at the same time, today could allow us to purify and produce energy at the same time without the use of fire and explosions that can only be useful in wars, not in the creative designs of earthly life.

The example of the siphon only shows that atmospheric pressure can raise water up to ten meters high in a closed pipe emptied of atmospheric air. Clearly, it is closely related to the gravitational force. If we suppose that the gravitational force of the earth was double or triple the current one, we must deduce that the water in a siphon would also rise, approximately, not ten but twenty or thirty meters. This means that it would be even easier to extract energy from the environment and purify water without energy costs. Obviously, we humans and animals were meant to live with the current atmospheric pressure, we would be very different from how we are now. What I mean is the fact that all the interactive solutions that I have conceived and patented purify and extract energy from the environment by locally increasing the operating pressures of the anthropic purification and energy plants, fixed and mobile, and the consequent proposed changes concerning the way of working of pumps, turbines, autoclaves, and modifications to the pumps themselves which in many cases should have a separate double power supply up to the impeller, are scientifically correct, even if they have been regularly boycotted by science, by entrepreneurs, by patent offices, and by world politicians who today are asking all world citizens to make enormous sacrifices to face rising energy costs. As I wrote in the article “A global corporation against the errors of omissions and opportunities wasted by science and world power centers”, patents of public utility should be exempt from paying any tax other than that of deposit in the country of origin. The burden of experimentation should be borne by the country of the inventors, to which the other countries, which will benefit from it, should recognize international copyrights. Part of these rights should be vested in the inventors. In the absence of governments capable of understanding the need to develop patents of public social utility, world citizens themselves should create special joint stock companies that bear the burdens of world public utility trials. Unfortunately, neither governments nor world citizens have shared my proposal and we continue to live in a world that makes no difference between social and commercial inventions. The first no one patents them because to be of public utility they should be impartial and interactive, the commercial ones, on the other hand, are booming, because even public scientists work to sell commercial patents to multinationals. What are we complaining about if today in addition to having to face global warming and equally global pollution, we also have to face the enormous costs of energy? I am very sorry that these things should be written by a simple industrial expert, and not by higher science. The one most awarded by the Nobels, who prefers to continue studying the division of the atom thinking about universal energy, while the energy contained in the simplest and most useful molecules, produced and refined in billions of years by terrestrial nature, as they are, already could allow us to painlessly and cost-effectively extract energy from the environment. Faced with this simple scientific truth of submerged hydroelectric energy, which no one has exploited worldwide, despite the fact that the undersigned has communicated it since 2014, I wonder who should we be afraid of? Of bad science? Or of the various powers that by mutual agreement make bad scientific information, to continue producing wrong energies, ignoring the most elementary scientific energy and purifying principles? It is not true that the water cannot escape from the submerged turbine due to the hydrostatic head of the water in the containment basin. By intubating the water from the surface of the basin and inserting the pump and the turbine in this pipe, we produce a kinetic energy independent of the static waters of the basin or reservoir containing the system. Therefore the water at the exit of the turbine undergoes a resistance equal to a simple subdued outlet which in all world scientific documentation has always been calculated based on the exit speed with the following formula V² / 2g, which has nothing to do with the hydrostatic head. No one has ever thought of being able to produce energy with such low infrastructural investments, drawing from static energy sources such as atmospheric pressure and hydrostatic height on the pumps placed in series with the turbines, as long as they are powered autonomously from above the basins. This simple energy provided for free by nature that I called submerged energy, on planet Earth no one has ever understood it, but my later inventions with the modified pumps with the double separate power supply up to the impeller that would have allowed us to use were not understood. over and over again the same water to produce energy in fixed and mobile systems. I can understand the scientific ignorance of politicians, trade unionists, economists, world entrepreneurs. But I cannot understand the ignorance of the scientists and professors who are still silent on this subject despite global warming and rising energy costs, while the Italian and European patent offices have declared my solutions perpetual motion. Despite the global silences collected, the deepening of these inventions and their rational connection allowed me to identify pressostatic and depressive hydrodynamic phenomena that allowed me to trigger artificial interactive processes to extract energy from the terrestrial environment and to purify the water using only the air and gravitational force as a source of energy, without spending money to extract fuels from the ground, transport them, refine them, or even money to create the infrastructures for transporting the energy produced. This is why I assert that clean energy on planet Earth is everywhere and current technologies, with small changes already extensively described in previous articles, would allow us to free ourselves from those who, believing themselves to be the absolute masters of energy sources and technologies, allow themselves to blackmail all world governments.

Anyone who, like myself, has participated in the construction of many hydraulic lifting systems (just read my curriculum https://www.spawhe.eu/english-curriculum-vitae) knows that the world energy expenditure for these systems is enormous. In large lifting stations, pumps with flow rates of several hundred liters per second are used and motors are fed several hundred kWh at a voltage of 6,000 or 10,000 volts to reduce costs, weights and dimensions of the systems. Reflecting as a retiree, I realized that these systems are also wrong, with an immense waste of materials, technology and above all, energy, without anyone ever noticing anything. Anyone who knows Pascal’s principle knows that the waters could also be raised with the autoclaves alone without consuming the compressed air; while Henry’s principle alone would be enough to dissolve the oxygen contained in the compressed air in the water, purifying it. Yet we waste electricity to raise the water with pumps and to introduce compressed air produced by the compressors into air diffusers in the oxidation basins. We consume electricity unnecessarily and produce it at high costs with fuels that pollute the environment that we do not know how to purify, just because we do not know how to use the synergies that would allow the various scientific principles to work simultaneously. It is no coincidence that SPAWHE means: Sinergic Plants Artificial Wellinge Hydroelectromagnetic Energy. Unfortunately, this acronym has never entered any world school because it represents a completely alternative development model to the current one dominated by multinationals and scientists who continue to exploit single disciplines and single energy sources for the sole fact that there are no impartial multidisciplinary scientific supervisors. The current world politicians, even if they were honest, could not simultaneously correct science and the world entrepreneurs who collaborate with each other to keep the various specializations separate. In no world school has anyone ever taught how to rationally and coherently put together scientific principles and technologies impartially. It is no coincidence that even the Nobel prizes continue to be awarded to those who discover new individual inventions, that while useful, they cannot change previous wrong inventions. World scientific institutions have never rewarded those who have tried to put them together rationally by making a selection between mono-disciplinary and multidisciplinary inventions, because the multidisciplinary and interactive ones have never been funded otherwise we would not have the current sewers, chimneys, purifiers, thermal and nuclear power plants. This shows that man-made plants are all wrong and therefore, the entire current economy is wrong from the ground up. The current world energy crisis is not only due to the war in Ukraine and economic speculation. Those who speculate on energy bills today are the same who have produced or financed the bad inventions of the last 150 years that have produced and not corrected global warming. Among these are the absolute majorities of scientists, political entrepreneurs and economists. If that weren’t true, at least some of SPAWHE’s forty inventions would have been funded

Long before the surge in energy costs due to the consequences of the war in Ukraine, I had already reported in open letters to the United Nations, the International Court of Justice, the Italian and European governments, that anthropogenic plants, fixed and mobile, do not they can be changed if we do not start from scratch to develop the details of the organization of industrial and environmental work. In other words, environmental cycles must also be included in industrial cycles and vice versa. This means that the current purifiers, the current sewers, the current chimneys, the current thermal plants are wrong. These systems, being disconnected from each other, do not allow to carry out complete cycles, at the same time energetic and purifying. It took me sixteen years of unpaid work by anyone to develop all the details, file forty patents, writing hundreds of articles collected in chronological order on the website https://www.spawhe.eu (The acronym spawhe means: Synergic Plants, Artificial Welling, Hydroelectromagnetic Energy). I know very well that it is inconvenient for everyone to start from scratch in the construction of anthropogenic plants. It is also necessary to change the way of building pumps and lifting water, which involve very high energy costs. We even need to change the way people and things are transported, with global, interactive linear engines that would be able to add up the thrust of Newton and Lorentz making air and space transport the cheapest of all, without the need for roads and bridges , which are infrastructures that require very high investment costs and very high maintenance costs (see the story of the Morando bridge in Genoa). Dams in the mountains also have very high costs and create more disasters than benefits (see our Vajont tragedy). Water must be accumulated in the plains where agriculture develops because we do not need the hydraulic jump to produce electricity by dispersing water resources with one-way systems, unless a natural hydraulic jump is used. It is clear that neither governments nor multinationals are willing to make radical changes to the designs of plants, energy-intensive machines and global transport. Still, it is very strange. My inventions are very simple and straightforward. They use, to a large extent, current technologies but connect to other systems to better exploit interactive principles. Above all, we must make the pumps and hydraulic turbines work together (or the same pumps powered on the contrary that would perform the function of turbine). It is very strange that the whole world science is still silent on the evident fact that the electrical energy absorbed by the pump will always be much lower than the electricity produced by the current generator connected to the turbine, as long as we pump in the direction of the gravitational force. The higher the hydrostatic head, the higher the production of energy extracted directly from the environment without fuels, nuclear energy, solar panels and wind turbines. This is the simplest and cheapest form of energy, which science and world entrepreneurs have never realized. But if we want to raise the water we would no longer need the current pumps with relative energy consumption. Simple and inexpensive autoclaves connected as in the previous example to a circulation pump and a turbine that produces the electricity that powers the water circulation pump would be enough. Also in this case, the energy we will produce can be much higher than that absorbed by the hydraulic lifting, because the water would be raised, not by the water circulation pump but by the pressure of the compressed air contained in the autoclave. Which is not consumed (except for a small percentage that dissolves in the same water, oxygenating it). In this case the circulation pump must be modified, as it must be equipped with a second separate supply up to the impeller. In fact, one power supply must be connected to the pressurized water of the autoclave and another to the water basin to be lifted. Obviously, this system can also be used to purify polluted water in an economical way, simply by using the suction basins as a deposit for polluted water and those in delivery as a deposit for purified water, always using only energy extracted from the environment. It is very strange that I have only collected silences. I cannot take into consideration the numerous invitations I receive as a speaker at congresses because I would have to go to such congresses at my own expense. My modest retiree finances and age, health problems, and the fact that my solitary job didn’t allow me to practice speaking English, don’t allow me. What I have to say I have written in Italian and English. I do not believe that those who govern a country should only worry about economic administration, public order, defense, delegating the production of wealth to private industry. It is too convenient to govern in this way.

It is not about communism, socialism, fascism, but simply about science, technology and the organization of work in general interests. If all the world politicians and economists who govern the world had demanded from the world of work and science the realization of complete cycles, as foreseen in the SPAWHE rhyme, today we would not have any kind of pollution, no global warming, no unemployment, and no inflation. There would not even be a need for citizenship income because everyone would have a job. There is a lot to do to demolish and reconstruct all the world’s fixed and mobile, public and private facilities in a workmanlike manner. When I started my work as an inventor, I myself never expected that to improve purification systems, I would be able to extract energy directly from gravitational force, atmospheric air and water. Even if no one has financed and implemented my solutions without explaining the reasons, it should be obvious that energy would cost almost nothing, as it would cost nothing to transport energy, for the simple fact that the ingredients used are everywhere and not. they are consumed in open systems at atmospheric pressure, while in closed, space and underwater systems, water and air can be recovered and recycled and regenerated indefinitely. There is no need for oil and gas wells, and pipelines carrying gas and oil underground and in the sea with high risks of breakage and sabotage, tankers, regasidifiers, coal mines, which have produced more disasters than benefits to the whole of humanity. On planet Earth there has never been a real scientific competition because having never studied global interactive solutions, which would have multiplied the yields and lowered the costs of energy production, the competition took place between the single disciplinary scientific disciplines, which they continued to produce their own energy and purification, improving only the technologies of the individual processes. Obviously, the yields are conditioned by the cost and the calorific value of the thermal or nuclear energy source, by the speed of the winds, by the heat of the sun. These yields are very low but no one has ever noticed it precisely because the term of comparison with the natural interactive principles, between water and air, which cost nothing, having no extraction and processing costs, is missing. You can even multiply the yields by increasing the operating pressure of the compressed air, used statically, one-way, on incompressible water, which would act as a simple energy vector. It is known that the power of the primary dynamic fluid energy depends on the product of the flow rate of the energy fluid for the pressure and the density of the same, it is obvious that for the same flow rate, the power due to the passage of water is about 800 times higher than a gas or vapor, this being the difference in density. The temperature has nothing to do with the amount of energy produced. The reasons why science has wanted to use combustion gases and steam, which are low-density and highly polluted, are mysterious at all costs (steam is also a greenhouse gas). In other words, the science and inventors of the past have doomed the planet Earth to destruction, while the politicians and economists they rule have been watching. It is obvious that if energy were extracted directly from the environment as I hope and believe possible because no one has ever denied me, there would be no rich and poor countries and there would be no pollution. It means that the current world population could even triple without harming the environment. This is why we should not be afraid of migrants who, moreover, would have no need to migrate. The current solutions, purification and energy, mono-thematic that science and multinationals use to purify and produce energy have become increasingly complex and expensive to cool combustion chambers and reactors, in order to contain pollution and radiation but without success. completely and in the case of nuclear power, any mistake can be lethal. The game is not worth the candle because interactive energy, never realized on planet Earth, is much simpler, cheaper and more efficient.

Science must understand that electromagnetism is also an interactive phenomenon. The terrestrial one communicates perfectly with the universal one But the terrestrial one cannot be realized in the current mobile space plants having to be produced directly in the interactive global linear motors. These can only be achieved at low terrestrial and space temperatures, certainly not with high nuclear and thermal temperatures. In fact, the coils of the electric current necessary to produce the induced currents are composed of copper wires protected with insulating paints that cannot be exposed to temperatures higher than one hundred degrees centigrade. For this reason, the current ground and space flight systems have never been able to add together the thrust of Newton and Lorentz. For this reason, space science has come to the erroneous belief that we have to exit the Earth’s atmosphere by means of rockets that reach an escape velocity of about 11.2 km / sec in order to enter space orbit and not fall back on. Earth. All this involves enormous energy costs and enormous pollution to the Earth’s environment, while we could comfortably reach the Earth’s orbit by adding together the thrust of Newton and Lorentz with very low costs and no type of pollution, being energetically autonomous, in any case, with the sum of the two thrusts in the terrestrial environment and with the single electromagnetic thrust of Lorentz into space, without falling back to the Earth.

It should be clear that I, who started the business of inventing as a retiree, not for reasons of interest, but to be able to freely express my ideas that have matured working as an industrial and then environmental designer and installer. Very few people in the world have had both experiences that are very different from each other with regards to the organization of work. If you do not know the organization of work, both from an industrial and environmental point of view, it is not possible to carry out complete cycles at the speed required by industrial processes. But also clean as the environment requires. I couldn’t and didn’t want to concentrate on making a single invention. I looked for public and private interlocutors not to get rich but to start experimenting immediately. Not having found them, I went on anyway, assuming the previous inventions working and I inserted them in the following ones. I couldn’t wait for science, entrepreneurs, politicians, economists to understand and accept my solutions. It would have taken too long as my age and my various pathologies did not allow it. I was right because in addition to diabetes, hypertension, a malfunctioning thyroid, Parkinson’s has recently appeared, fortunately still in mild form. I preferred to develop my projects virtually but globally, based on my practical work experiences, supplemented by theoretical research aimed at the various topics covered. I had to summarize them to transfer the organization of industrial work to environmental ones to speed up and enhance environmental processes and subsequently also energy ones.
