Conclusions
The title of this article (an open letter to the real person of Hanna Ursula Klatten and other potential real donors and investors, who could save the planet and the economy) is justified by the fact that in the year 2025, there are still incomprehensible silences of the powerful of the Earth, of science, of justice, and of economists on the sustainable design proposed by the undersigned, starting from the year 2006. It is very strange that an independent inventor who wants to demonstrate simple and linear things, in the energy and purification sectors, finds no interlocutors of any kind, but only scammers who try to extort money from him, as in the case described above and many other cases, of which I have published only a small percentage. However, for the undersigned, the worst enemies of private inventors are the institutional bodies, which force them to respect the same rules as public bodies and multinationals, even though they do not have public funding behind them, or large private organizations, with experimental laboratories and immense capital to invest.
Today, sustainable development is not possible because world governments, using public debt, involve the entire population and families who do not want to sacrifice their children in senseless wars, due to ambitious and unscrupulous leaders, who instead of thinking about social development with healthy technological competitions, waste immense scientific, technological and economic resources in armaments that destroy human lives and the earth’s environment. Right-wing and left-wing dictatorships have never produced anything good. It would be necessary to have a single world government and a uniform scientific and economic development without war competitions that only waste resources, and make the poor increasingly poorer and forced to emigrate to richer countries, creating more social conflicts. Everyone has the right to survival, borders cannot be closed because of bad human planning by governments and multinationals, which hinder sustainable development to exploit resources from their own subsoil that in reality, do not create well-being and further worsen the environmental state of the Earth. Clean energy on planet Earth is everywhere, it costs nothing and can be recycled infinitely. There is no reason to expand to look for energy resources in other countries.
As I wrote in one of my last articles (https://www.spawhe.eu/sorry-for-the-delay-for-the-hopefully-definitive-clarification-of-some-aspects-of-terrestrial-energy) Earth science should have understood that planet Earth should have developed its economy through fluid dynamic energy, using heat only for particular cases, such as steel production and waste incineration, but closing the thermal cycles in the plants themselves by modifying the chimneys and placing cooling greenhouses alongside the thermal plants with artificial rains on calcareous materials that would have produced sulphates, nitrates, carbonates, compatible with the waters that go towards the sea, instead of CO2, steam and combustion oxides, which today are expelled into the Earth’s atmosphere. These two systems have the potential to advantageously replace all current world energies, both from an environmental and economic point of view, even for the spaces occupied. But above all, the compressed version, used in mobile plants, can add together Newton’s reaction force and Lorentz’s electromagnetic force, to take us into the atmosphere and into space, moreover, with an energy that is not consumed and that is infinitely regenerated with artificial light, chlorophyll photosynthesis and the carbon cycle that we can reproduce even in closed, space and underwater environments. I have always considered the current patent legislation managed by WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), which is a body of the United Nations, to be unfair. Not only does it require private inventors to pay annual filing and maintenance fees even if they do not find financiers, as happened to me, who can prove that I paid only for the filing fees, about 20,000 euros. While writers who do not find publishers do not pay any filing fees, however, if the book is published they are entitled to the copyright. In my case, in addition to being an inventor, creating the website and publishing my articles that talk about my inventions on https://www.spawhe.eu, in fact, I am entitled to the copyright, at least as a writer and to my heirs for seventy years, from my death, as it happens for writers. Obviously, inventions, if they work, are worth much more than a literary work, or a fictional novel. The real problem is that governments and multinationals do not want to experiment with the sustainable and interactive inventions of the undersigned, so as not to change the current development model that is warming the planet, increasing the unequal distribution of global wealth.
Someone should explain to the common people why world science has preferred thermodynamics to fluid dynamics to produce primary energy from which to extract electrical energy, when it would have been much more logical and linear to use fluid dynamics that does not produce pollution. Furthermore, air and water are everywhere and cost nothing. The entire world ruling class, public and private, is silent on this subject and continues to be silent after ten years from the inventions of the undersigned called submerged and compressed hydroelectricity that without public and private funding, the undersigned has been able to use them only virtually to produce inventions that are simultaneously energetic and purifying, in the general indifference of the entire world ruling class, including the scientific one.
